Northwest based edtech company Gaia Learning has closed a £400,000 equity investment round
An online alternative education provider for neurodivergent children, Gaia Learning, has raised £400,000 in equity funding supported by returning investors GC Angels and NESTA, and a syndicate of angel investors.
The company, set up to give neurodivergent children access to learning environments specifically built around their individual needs, has now grown into a specialist online alternative provision. Gaia Learning works with children and young people who struggle to access mainstream schooling due to autism, ADHD, anxiety, school avoidance, mental health difficulties or other additional needs. This is the company's second funding round. Two years ago, led by NESTA Impact Investments and GC Angels, they raised £550,000.
