Stefan Parker was made redundant in October 2025. He had spent fifteen years in senior student recruitment roles across higher education, working directly with universities on enquiry handling, conversion and digital engagement. He knew the problem he wanted to solve. Within days of leaving, he had built the first prototype. He tested it with students at Middlesex University. Then he called John Crick.
